We had a wonderful Easter here in Hawaii. While everyone else is experiencing there first bits of Spring we are enjoying our never-ending summer. After church we took family pictures in the front yard. We tried to make it look like Matthew was hunting and finding eggs so we placed him in the grass as well as a tree. This was his first experience with both. Matthew had no desire in trying to reach for the egg I placed in the grass. Why in the world would he? He barely had to move at all in order to grab two large fist fulls of grass or feel the bumpy bark of the tree. Ailona and I had a lot of fun taking pictures with Matthew. Both of us are usually behind the camera instead; one taking the pictures while the other makes faces.
